The apartments at the OWO Residences by Raffles, located in the heart of London, are situated in a unique Grade II listed building. This building once housed Winston Churchill's office and its interiors inspired Ian Fleming to write the James Bond stories.

Incidentally, scenes from several Bond films were also shot here.

Today, this historic building has been transformed into a complex of luxurious residences. Our architectural and design concept is based on respecting the rich history of the building.
