The apartment is located in a building from 1890 with the exquisite architecture, it was crucial for us to preserve the spirit of the space.
During the renovation we carefully restored the arched forms of the window openings and enhanced the interior architecture with ornate and carpentry elements in flowing organic shapes.
A new parquet floor was created based on the historical parquet that had been in the apartment since the building's construction.
As a result, we achieved a thoroughly modern apartment reflecting the owner's individuality, while retaining the important charm of bygone eras.
